All cakes are lightly garnished with fruit or other natural decorations that complement the flavours of the cake. Please also feel free to mix and match flavours/frostings to make something unique.

 

All round cakes are 9” and serve 14-16

We can offer 7" cakes for £10 less, perfect for 8-10 people

LAYER CAKES

SIGNATURE VANILLA LAYER (£55)

 

Our classic vanilla sponge, layered with mascarpone icing and a seasonal fruit compote, such as raspberry, rhubarb and apricot – a fully iced cake. Please ask about current flavours. 

 

 

LEMON POPPYSEED (£55)

 

Lemon and poppy seed sponge, layered with cream cheese icing and homemade lemon cream. A fully iced cake

CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL (£55)

 

Chocolate cake with cream cheese icing interior and homemade salted caramel made with local Halen Môn sea salt from Anglesey. Fully iced with caramel decoration.

CARROT, ORANGE AND CREAM CHEESE (£55)

Our signature carrot cake, layered with brown sugar orange cream cheese icing and fully iced with  Swiss meringue icing. 

MOCHA-MEL (£55)

 

Chocolate cake with an espresso soak, mascarpone icing, salted caramel and Coaltown Coffee infused buttercream. A fully iced cake

 

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY (£55)

 

Chocolate cake layered with chocolate cream cheese icing and fresh raspberry compote. A fully iced cake

 

TIRAMISU CAKE (£55)

 

Vanilla sponge, coffee milk soak, mascarpone icing, chocolate shavings and Swiss meringue buttercream flavoured with chocolate bitters. Tastes just like the pudding!

BROWNIES

We use Dove's Farm gluten free flour to make our brownies, however our kitchen contains gluten flours. Please drop us as email to discuss any allergies or intolerances you have.
